What to include

Send the page URL, the detail that needs changing and an official source where possible. If it concerns accessibility, say which venue and route or facility the information relates to. Please do not send sensitive medical details or payment information.

Event bookings and assistance

Contact the organiser linked in the relevant market guide for tickets, refunds, lost property and event-specific assistance. We do not control those services and cannot change an event booking.
